Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
We ship directly from our manufacturing partners, which keeps prices low but means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you.
Delivery estimates
- India — 5–9 business days
- United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia — 10–18 business days
- Rest of world — 12–22 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing can add time and is outside our control.
Duties and import taxes
Where duties are shown at checkout they are collected up front and there is nothing to pay on delivery. Where they are not shown, any duties or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
If something isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Email info@valoncio.shop and we'll send instructions.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photograph within 30 days and we will replace or refund it. You will not need to post it back.
