This Privacy Policy explains how Valoncio ("we", "us") collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit or make a purchase from valoncio.shop (the "Site"). Valoncio is powered by Shopify, which hosts the Site on our behalf.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details when you place an order or contact us. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies in order to operate the Site, remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used.

How we use it

  • To process and fulfil your order, including passing your delivery details to our fulfilment partner and carrier
  • To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications and to respond to your enquiries
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • To send marketing email, only where you have opted in; you may unsubscribe at any time

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the store: with Shopify, which hosts the Site; with our payment provider, to process your payment; with our fulfilment partner and delivery carriers, to ship your order; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Orders are dispatched from the United States, and our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@valoncio.shop. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
