Terms of sale

These terms apply to consumers purchasing from Valoncio. They supplement our Terms of Service and do not limit your statutory rights.

1. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout. Because our payment provider settles in Indian rupees, prices displayed in another currency are indicative and your card will be charged in INR. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee over which we have no control.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the timeframes stated on our Shipping page. Under Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU, where no delivery period is agreed we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. If we fail to deliver in time you may set an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, and if we still fail to deliver you are entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

4. Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you appointed other than one we offered, take physical possession of the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full terms, the effects of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee

Goods are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.

7. Materials

Our jewellery is ion-plated gold over 316L stainless steel unless a product page states otherwise. It is not solid gold and is not hallmarked precious metal. Plated finishes are wear surfaces; normal wear over time is not a defect.

8. Complaints

Please contact info@valoncio.shop with your order number. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
