Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us. We ship directly from our manufacturing partners.
Delivery estimates
- India — 5–9 business days
- United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia — 10–18 business days
- Rest of world — 12–22 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing can add time and is outside our control.
Duties and import taxes
Where duties and import taxes are shown at checkout, they are collected up front and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Where they are not shown, any duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded less shipping costs.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days beyond the estimate above, email info@valoncio.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
